We only consider resends in exceptional cases, such as receiving badly damaged jeans, the wrong pair, or if the jeans are lost during transit. In such instances, we require detailed pictures and an explanation to initiate the resend process and ensure customer satisfaction. Please contact us immediately if you encounter such issues.

Our resend policy begins upon the customer's receipt of the jeans. To initiate a resend, please notify us via the email form located in the menu of our website or through our Instagram page, accessible via the Instagram icon on our website.

Resends will be considered if:

1. The jeans exhibit serious and obvious defects that make them unwearable.
2. The received product is completely different from your order, and you refuse it due to dissatisfaction.
3. In rare instances where the jeans are lost during transit.

Please note that we do not initiate a resend if:

• The customer entered a wrong address when placing the order.
• The customer simply doesn't like the jeans or no longer wants them.
• The customer ordered the wrong size.

1. Turn the jeans inside out before washing to preserve color and fabric integrity.
2. Use a gentle cycle and cold water to wash your jeans. Avoid hot water, as it can damage the elastic fibers.
3. Use a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics.
4. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals, as they can weaken the elastic fibers and cause color fading.
5. When drying, air dry your jeans by laying them flat or hanging them to avoid stretching.
6. Avoid using a dryer, as the heat can damage the elastic fibers and affect the fit of the jeans.
7. Iron the jeans inside out if needed, using a low heat setting.
8. Store your jeans flat or folded to maintain their shape and elasticity.

Following these simple washing instructions will help preserve the quality and longevity of the jeans.
